Shootout Tipoff 4 p.m. November 17th at First Arena!
The St. Bona Shootout is a women’s basketball event that features St. Bonaventure University competing against different NCAA DIV. 1 women’s basketball programs. Historically this has been a four team tournament that takes place over a span of two days. The 2007 Shootout marks the fourth year of the event, and is different in the fact that it consists of only two teams, and will be only a one day event. The Shootout has traditionally been the second to last weekend in November because it would like to remain the competitive start to the participants' seasons. This year’s teams are St. Bonaventure, and Binghamton University. The event will be held on Saturday November 17th, 2007 at the First Arena in Elmira NY. Fans can look forward to great concessions, prizes and souvenirs, quality athletic competition, and exciting family fun.
